Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping process. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and process a full refund including original shipping fees.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Some financial institutions may take additional time to process the transaction. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If after completing these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please allow up to 14 business days for the investigation process.
